100m run
2 Burpees
3 Push-ups
4 Toes-to-bar or knee ups
5 Pull-ups
6 Kettlebell Swings 55/35 rx 45/25 scaled
7 Box jump overs 24/20 rx 18/12 scaled
8 Wall Balls 20/14 rx 18/12 scaled
9 Deadlifts 155/105 rx 135/95 scaled
10 Power snatches 95/65 rx 75/55 scaled
11 Overhead squats 95/65 rx 75/55
12 ring dips

Start with just the 100m run, Round two starts with the 2 Burpees and then a 100m run, Round three is 3 Push Ups,2 Burpees and then the 100m run. So the final round starts with 12 ring dips, then goes through the 11, 10, 9, 8…and finishes with the 100m run.
